Is the implant really free?

Yes. We do not charge for the implant — the titanium screw that is placed in the bone. We charge for the surgical work, the abutment and the crown, at a price you receive in writing before the procedure.

How can the implant be free?

The value of implant treatment lies in the professional work — planning, surgery and prosthetics — not in the implant itself. We cover the cost of the implant ourselves and charge for the professional work at a price you receive in advance.

Question 3

How much does one tooth on an implant cost?

Accepted Answer

The implant is €0. You pay for the metal-free (zirconia) crown at €300 and the abutment at €150 — €450 per tooth in total. A full jaw on 4–6 implants (All-on-4 / All-on-6) costs from €2,000 per jaw. You receive the exact amount in writing after the free examination.

How is payment made?

The examination and treatment plan are free. When the surgical procedure is booked, a deposit of €500 is paid. On the day of the procedure, a further payment up to 50% of the value of the prosthetic work is made, and the balance on delivery of the final restoration.

Can the price change during treatment?

No. The price in your written plan is the price you pay. If the plan has to change for medical reasons, we discuss it with you before continuing and you receive a new written quote.

Question 6

What is the guarantee and what is the implant passport?

With every implant placed you receive an implant passport — a document confirming the manufacturer and quality of the implant, as well as that the implant is registered in Serbia and approved by ALIMS, the Serbian medicines and medical devices agency. You receive the warranty terms for the prosthetic work in writing, together with your treatment plan; they apply with regular check-ups and good oral hygiene.

Which implant system do you use?

At no extra cost we place Italian JD Dental Care and B&B Duravit implants. At the patient's request, for a surcharge, we also place Swiss Straumann implants. All implants we use are registered in Serbia and approved by ALIMS, and each comes with an implant passport.

Does it hurt?

Accepted Answer

The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia and you feel no pain during it. Afterwards, expect mild sensitivity for a few days, which is managed with common painkillers.

How long does the whole process take?

From placement to the final crown, usually 3 to 6 months, because the implant needs to fuse with the bone. With bone augmentation — longer. In most cases you receive a temporary tooth.

Am I a candidate for implants?

The vast majority of adults are. Age is not an obstacle — what matters is the condition of the bone and gums, general health and habits. We assess all of this at the free examination, based on a scan.

What if I don't have enough bone?

With ridge (bone) augmentation or a sinus lift, we prepare a secure foundation for the implant. Whether it is needed and how much it costs is visible on the scan and is included in the written plan before treatment begins.

What is included in the free examination?

Accepted Answer

A clinical examination, analysis of the scan, a conversation about your wishes and options, and a written treatment plan with price. All of this is €0 and places you under no obligation.

How are implants maintained?

Just like natural teeth: brushing twice a day, interdental brushes or floss around the crown, and a check-up with scale removal once or twice a year.

I live abroad — how many times do I need to travel?

Usually twice: implant placement (a stay of 5–7 days) and prosthetics after healing (a stay of 7–10 days). We prepare the plan and price before you arrive, based on a scan you already have.
